Which Arizona legal publishing requirement are you looking to satisfy?*

New Domestic LLC - Arizona requires new domestic LLCs to publish in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, within 60 days, and for 3 consecutive publications. LLCs located in Pima or Maricopa county are exempt from the publishing requirement.New Domestic Corporation - Arizona requires new domestic corporations (both profit and nonprofit) to publish in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, within 60 days, and for 3 consecutive publications. Corporations located in Pima or Maricopa county are exempt from the publishing requirement. Corporations with no physical presence need to publish unless their registered agent is located in Pima or Maricopa county.New Foreign Profit Corporation - Arizona requires new foreign corporations (both profit and nonprofit) to publish in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, within 60 days, and for 3 consecutive publications. Foreign corporations with a registered agent in Pima or Maricopa county are exempt from the publishing requirement. (Note: Harbor's registered agent office is located in Pima County)

Both publications must be in the county of your registered agent. We recommend publishing only after the articles of incorporation are approved, though you may also publish prior to filing.Doing Business As (DBA) Name - Firms using fictitious names must publish name, address, and other business information in two newspapers in the county of their principal office.
