We would be happy to manage the amendment process for your business entity. Our amendment service costs $299 per state.
Since the steps needed to amend an entity are dependent upon the specifics of the business and the state, we start with detailed research with the secretary of state and department of revenue to identify the appropriate steps to take. As part of our service, we will:
- Verify your entity’s status with the secretary of state
- Identify the appropriate filings to effect the desired change
- Establish the applicable state fees
- Prepare your articles of amendment and submit with appropriate documents
We will also communicate the costs for any filings that may be required in addition to the amendment.
